After several weeks at home, we began our 2 month adventure that will go as far north as Labrador. The trip out involves 1200 miles to get to the caravan starting point. We’ve met our 22 fellow travelers, had our rig checked and shared a couple of meals before heading out for Quebec. The group has gathered from all over the country from CA to MA and many states in between. Fortunately our drive to Maine was uneventful and with the cheap diesel, reasonably priced. We are expecting fuel in Canada to be significantly more expensive than in the US. Obviously, upcoming episodes will have lots more info about travels in the Canadian Maritimes.
We have not neglected other topics in this episode. Due to lots of emails this month, your questions have kept us busy thinking of good answers. The question of ads has been put on hold until we return. Responses were about 50-50 for and against, so we have no clear listener direction. I think a paypal link for voluntary donations on this website would be an appropriate way to get started.
We did have several requests to talk about photo equipment so we spend some time sharing our new hardware and considerations when buying new cameras. Of course we have the usual new RV products and ideas from around the web that we have collected this month.
We appreciate your listening and sharing so keep the emails coming.
Have a fun and safe 4th and do some camping!
